Royal Hit is a prestigious club that profiles stylish living from luxury shopping experience and exclusive gifts to latest fashions and exotic travel destinations.
Challenge
Royal Hit engaged VJ STUDIO to build a web site that can represent the brand and style of a prestigious club on the Internet, expand their sales and improve brand recognition. Royal Hit marketing department was looking for a one-stop resource that would provide information, build relationships with customers and motivate transaction for individual consumers as well as businesses. More importantly, they wanted the site to feature a unique experience only a prestigious club could deliver. Royal Hit wanted to accelerate the adoption of its services and solicit feedback from consumers. The new web site had to speak to a wide range of users, support Royal Hit brand presence across multiple channels and allow for quick and easy merchandising updates.

We introduced an article section to provide members with valuable information about products and exclusive offers that can be purchased on Royal Hit web site.

As a result of the e-commerce strategy engagement and subsequent site redesigns, Royal Hit is staying ahead of their competition by meeting their customers’ shopping needs — no matter which channels they shop.
